October 19th, 2012 was the last day of operation for Howard Quinn company. For a few weeks prior I had been assembling a 16 page Tabloid which was to be printed on their presses. It turned out that it would be the last four color job to ever be printed there. I was honored to be allowed the privilege of running my paper on the same presses which in the past had printed Zapp comics, The Berkley Barb, The Black Panther and countless other influential papers. It was a difficult to be excited for the printing of the tabloid knowing this would be the last day of work for many of the people who helped make it possible. Here are some images from the day, I am currently editing a companion video.
